Neusha and Nicole have been friends for over fifteen years, and they both share the same passion for events.
​With over twelve years of combined experience (including planning each other's weddings), it seemed natural that they would one day join forces and plan events together!

Neusha's passion for events began over a decade ago, when she planned anything from birthday parties for friends to Spring Social events for her entire college. She graduated from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Hospitality Management, and it was only a matter of time that she started planning professionally. Before starting Chiave Events, she worked for several catering companies and restaurants across Orange County selling catering packages, private dining space, and coordinating weddings private events as an event manager.

​Nicole’s diverse background in events provides her with a deep understanding of client’s needs and attention to detail while never losing sight of the big picture. She loves getting to know clients and bringing their wedding and event dreams to life. When she’s not busy planning for Chiave Events, she works as a Program Officer for a private foundation, which allows her to manage and co-design large corporate events in Orange County. Prior to starting Chiave Events, Nicole’s passion for events led her to a coordinating position at a top venue in Laguna Beach, where she planned and managed over 150 weddings and events.
